Job Description:
 
 
(1) Plan and implement strategies to meet company objectives; (2) Build up & maintain long-term partnership with key customers to further increase US market and other English-speaking countries shares; (3) Supervise company operations to ensure quality and cost-effective management of resource; (4) Control budgets and allocate funds to execute corporate business plans; (5) Oversee employee performance & approve personal decision; (6) Coordinate with the affiliated company in Taiwan; (7) Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel; (8) Direct staff to achieve sales goals and evaluate their performance; (9) Review the design draft and related information of the new product from Taiwan utilizing Auto Cad, and revise the design draft of the machine according to U.S. market needs; and (10) Use Auto Cad to confirm the design draft of the machine.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Associate's (or foreign equivalent) degree in any field.
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Sales Manager or related.
  • Some work experience required with Auto Cad, Nand Flash Programming, and SAP ERP or Quick Book software.
